MIKE PRUITT

Mike Pruitt is a Democratic politician who grew up in a rural corner of the Blue Ridge mountains and served in the United States Navy. He works as a civil rights attorney and was elected to the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors in November 2023. Pruitt previously announced a campaign for Virginia's Fifth Congressional District but ended it in March 2026, endorsing fellow Democrat Tom Perriello.
