Biography
Micole L. Spicer is an educator and a 16-year resident of Whitehall, Ohio. She is a candidate for Whitehall City Council Ward 2 in the 2025 election. Spicer graduated from The Ohio State University and currently serves on the Whitehall Board of Zoning and Building Appeals.
Top Priorities
- Economic empowerment: Attract employers who will deliver good paying jobs to Whitehall.
- Food security: Work to secure additional partnerships to meet the needs of food security in the community.
- Affordable housing: Work with the current City of Whitehall administration to make sure that current and future residents of Whitehall have the best housing (renting and home ownership) where they can be planted and thrive, including securing partnerships with affordable housing developers.
