Michele K. Rayner is an American attorney and politician who has served as a member of the Florida House of Representatives since 2020, currently representing District 62. A Democrat, she founded Civil Liberty Law and previously worked as a public defender. Rayner holds a JD from Florida Coastal School of Law and degrees from Florida State University.
