Biography
Michael Parkinson is a Democratic judge of the Philadelphia Municipal Court in Pennsylvania, having assumed office in January 2026. A former Philadelphia Prosecutor, he has over 25 years of litigation experience in criminal, civil, and administrative law, and was rated Recommended by the Philadelphia Bar Association.
