Biography
Michael Feggans is a Democratic member of the Virginia House of Delegates for District 97, who assumed office in 2024. A retired 20-year U.S. Air Force veteran and a tech entrepreneur, he was raised in Virginia Beach and is an alumnus of Park University, Virginia Tech, and Norfolk State University.
