Biography
Melva Perez is a U.S. Army veteran who retired after 28 and a half years of service, including commanding troops on missions and deployments in Iraq. She holds a dual master’s degree in Management and Public Administration from Webster University. Perez is running as a Republican for election to the Texas House of Representatives to represent District 119.
