Biography
Melissa Conyears-Ervin is a Democratic candidate for Illinois' 7th Congressional District. She currently serves as the Chicago City Treasurer, an office she was elected to in 2019, and previously served as an Illinois State Representative from 2017 to 2019. A lifelong resident of Illinois' Seventh Congressional District, Conyears-Ervin holds a Bachelor of Science from Eastern Illinois University and an MBA from Roosevelt University.
