Biography
Melanie Chase is the incumbent Circuit Judge for Florida's 18th Judicial Circuit, Seat 2, covering Brevard and Seminole Counties. A native Floridian and lifelong Seminole County resident, she was elected to the bench in 2014 and has served in every division. Chase is the incoming Chief Judge for the 18th Judicial Circuit, with her term beginning July 1, 2025.
