Biography
Matt Rains is a U.S. Army veteran, fourth-generation Montana rancher, and former Chief of Staff for the Montana Farmers Union. He served as a Blackhawk helicopter pilot in Iraq and South Korea, and later opened a rancher-owned, USDA-certified meat-packing co-op in Havre, MT. He is running as a Democrat for U.S. House in Montana's 1st District.
