Mary Hill is a Republican who has run for public office in Ohio. In 2024, she advanced from the Republican primary for Hamilton County Clerk of Courts but was defeated in the general election. She also ran for Ohio House of Representatives District 33 in 2020, winning the Republican primary before losing in the general election.
