Martha Deuter is a policymaker with over 10 years of local government experience on the Elmhurst City Council, where she has held a leadership position since 2015. She has conducted research and policy work on economic development, affordable housing, and community reinvestment, and currently works for Bridge Communities, a nonprofit supporting families experiencing homelessness.
