Biography
Martha C. Warner served as a judge of the Florida 4th District Court of Appeal from 1989 until her retirement on September 30, 2025, after 36 years of service. She previously served as chief judge from 1999 to 2001 and was a judge in the 19th Judicial District. Warner earned her J.D. from the University of Florida School of Law in 1974.
