Biography
Mark W. Klingensmith is a judge of the Florida 4th District Court of Appeal, having assumed office in 2013. He was re-elected in a retention election on November 3, 2020, and his current term concludes on January 5, 2027. Klingensmith has also served as Chief Judge of the Fourth District Court of Appeal, overseeing administrative matters for the court, and previously served as a judge for the 19th Judicial Circuit Court.
