Biography
Mark V. Goloby is a Republican candidate who has run for Governor of Texas and Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. Born in Tennessee and raised in Houston, he graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Accounting and founded TC Technologies, a company specializing in wireless remote monitoring. Goloby has been active in grassroots initiatives, notably championing the expiration of Chapter 313 of the Texas Tax Code and serving as Chairman of the East Texas Energy Symposium.
