Biography
Mark Russell is a Nonpartisan candidate for Jeffersontown City Council. A Jeffersontown resident for over 30 years, he brings decades of experience from the insurance industry. Russell currently chairs the Jeffersontown Economic Development Authority, Plainview Residents Association, and the Envision Jeffersontown Steering Committee, and previously served on the Jeffersontown Chamber of Commerce board.
