Biography
Marilyn Parker is a member of the Louisville Metro Council, representing District 18, first elected in November 2012 and currently serving her fourth term. A Republican, she previously worked for over three decades as a Trauma ICU Nurse at the University of Louisville Hospital after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. Parker also owns Club K-9 Entertainment Venue and declined a public pension upon her initial election.
