Biography
Madonna Flood is a Democratic politician who served as a member of the Louisville Metro Council in Kentucky, representing District 24. She was a founding member of the council, first elected in 2002 and serving from 2003 until January 2025. Flood graduated from Southern High School and earned an associate paralegal degree from the University of Louisville, with professional experience in property management.
