Mack Bernard is an attorney with degrees from Florida State University and the University of Florida's Levin College of Law, including an LL.M. in taxation, according to the Florida Senate's official biography page. He previously served as a Palm Beach County Commissioner from 2016 to 2024, including as Mayor and Vice Mayor, and earlier as a Delray Beach City Commissioner.
