Biography
Luke Nathan Phillips is a Republican candidate running in the primary for Virginia’s 8th Congressional District in June 2026. An Arlington writer, conservationist, and tour guide, Phillips has worked in policy since 2017, primarily in bipartisan depolarization advocacy. He served as a Publius Fellow for Public Discourse at Braver Angels from 2021 to 2024 and describes himself as a bipartisan activist and avid outdoorsman.
