Lisa Barnes (born July 16, 1966) is an American businesswoman and Republican politician. She currently serves as a member of the North Carolina State Senate, representing District 11 since January 1, 2021, after previously serving in the North Carolina House of Representatives and on the Nash County board of commissioners.
