Biography
Lily Limón is an El Paso native and retired educator who earned bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Texas at El Paso. She served for 30 years in El Paso public schools and has held leadership roles in various community groups. Limón is a member of the El Paso City Council, representing District 7, and previously served a four-year term from 2013 to 2017.
