Biography
Lamont Lavender is a U.S. military combat veteran and community advocate who was a Democratic candidate for Alabama's U.S. Senate seat in 2026 before being disqualified. He was born and raised in Eutaw, Alabama, and holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an MBA. His military service included deployment to Baghdad.
