KURT ALME

Kurt G. Alme is a Great Falls native and Harvard Law School graduate who has held numerous public service roles, including twice serving as U.S. Attorney for the District of Montana and as Budget Director for Governor Greg Gianforte. Throughout his career, Alme has focused on areas such as tax reductions, budget balancing, and prosecuting violent crime. He resigned as U.S. Attorney in March 2026 to run for Montana's U.S. Senate seat.
