Biography
Kirk McPike is an openly gay Alexandria City Council member and longtime chief of staff to U.S. Congressman Mark Takano, who recently won a special election for Virginia's House of Delegates District 5. He holds a bachelor's degree from Southern Methodist University and has extensive experience in local government and federal legislative affairs.
