Biography
Khai-Hoan Huynh is a Democratic candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in Illinois' 9th Congressional District. He currently serves as an Illinois State Representative for the 13th House District. Huynh is a former Vietnam War refugee who holds a bachelor's degree from Yale University and a master's degree from Harvard University.
