Biography
Kevin W. Techau is a sixth-generation, lifelong Iowan and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and Iowa Air National Guard. A Democrat, he previously served as the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Iowa from 2014 to 2017. Techau has announced his 2026 campaign for Iowa's 2nd Congressional District.
