Biography

Kevin Tollisen has served as Town Supervisor of Halfmoon since January 1, 2014, per the town's website. He previously served as Halfmoon Town Justice for 11 years and on the town's Zoning and Planning Boards before 16 years as a Town Board member, and is a partner in the law firm of Carola, Bagnoli and Tollisen in Mechanicville. No campaign website was found as of September 22, 2026.
