Biography
Kenneth Bell is a Nonpartisan candidate for El Paso City Council, District 3. An Army veteran and reservist, he has resided in El Paso since 2012 after being stationed at Fort Bliss. Bell co-founded Justicia Fronteriza PAC in 2021, advocating for local democracy reforms and campaign finance reform.
