Biography
Kay DeCuir is the Owner and Broker of K DeCuir Properties, LLC in Nederland, Texas, and has served as Executive Director of the Nederland Economic Development Corporation since 2013. A seasoned attorney and experienced manager, she led a successful volunteer petition drive and campaign for city incorporation and is currently a volunteer leader on the transition team for the new city startup. She is a life-long resident of Nederland.
