Biography
Kassanndra Santiago was first elected as City Councilor for District 1 in Las Cruces in November 2015. She retired from the State of New Mexico after nearly three decades of service in the Departments of Health and Children, Youth and Families. Santiago holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work and has served as Chair of the Housing and Quality of Life Policy Review Committee.
