Biography
Karen Lynn Ms. Dalton is a Republican candidate running for the U.S. House to represent Pennsylvania's 10th Congressional District in the 2026 election. She has over 25 years of experience as a staff attorney in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, where she served as counsel to the Committee on the Judiciary and drafted legislation addressing sex offenses and domestic violence. Dalton holds degrees from Montclair State College, New York University, and The Dickinson School of Law.
