Justin Mendoza Routt is a Colombian-American, Miami-born advocate, community leader, and former Wall Street trader running to represent Florida’s House District 113. Raised by immigrant parents, he overcame childhood instability and poverty, later earning a fully funded education at the University of Pennsylvania and building a successful career in finance before dedicating himself to public service.
