Biography
Justin Cochran is a Democratic State Representative for Illinois House District 55, having assumed office on December 30, 2025. A resident of Des Plaines since 1997, he previously served as Chief of Staff to State Representative Marty Moylan and worked as an archivist for the Illinois State Archives. He holds a master's degree in political science from Northeastern Illinois University.
