Julio Salinas

Julio Salinas grew up in the Rio Grande Valley, where his father, a former migrant farmer, built a middle-class life through hard work. Witnessing his family's struggles with rising costs and an education system not designed for bilingual students, Salinas is running to restore the promise that hard work and community can lead to a better life for all Valley families. He aims to address issues like economic security, housing costs, and public education.
