Biography
Julia Craven Howard (born August 20, 1944) is a Republican member of the North Carolina House of Representatives, currently representing District 77. She assumed office on January 1, 1989, and is an incumbent whose current term ends on January 1, 2027. Howard is a realtor and appraiser from Mocksville, North Carolina, and an alumna of Salem College.
