Biography
Joseph D. Morelle, a Democrat, represents New York's 25th Congressional District in the United States House of Representatives, where he serves as Ranking Member on the House Administration Committee and Vice Ranking Member on the Appropriations Committee. A lifelong resident of Upstate New York and former small business owner, he previously served in the Monroe County Legislature and as Majority Leader in the New York State Assembly.
