Biography
Jonathan D. White is the Democratic candidate for U.S. House in Maryland's 4th Congressional District in the 2026 primaries. He retired in October 2025 from the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, where he served under multiple presidential administrations and led disaster recovery and behavioral health for HHS. White also led internal government pushback against Trump-era family separations, testifying before Congress and directing the reunification of 2,200 children.
