Biography
Born and raised on Long Island, Jonathan L. Jacobs, M.D., earned his undergraduate and medical degrees from Yale. He founded and served as Executive Director of the Center for Special Studies, providing integrated care to people with HIV on Medicaid. Currently Professor Emeritus of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine, Dr. Jacobs combines clinical experience with advocacy to expand access to care.
