Biography
John D. Mayne is a native of Sioux City, a graduate of Harvard College and Drake University Law School. He served in the U.S. Navy and has been in private practice in Sioux City since 1976, focusing primarily on civil litigation. John D. Mayne was also elected to serve on the Sioux City Community School District’s Board of Directors, where he served one year as President.
