John M. Harris

John M. Harris serves as a Judge on the Florida 5th District Court of Appeal, to which he was appointed in 2018. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Judge and Circuit Judge for the 18th Judicial Circuit, and as a County Judge for Brevard County. Before his judicial career, Harris practiced as an attorney for 11 years, focusing on business and commercial litigation.
