Biography
John Manners Houman, born in River Falls, Wisconsin, studied at the University of Wisconsin Madison and served in the U.S. Navy from 1965 to 1969. He has run for the Florida State Senate multiple times, including in 2024 as No Party Affiliation, and in 2022, 2020, 2018, and 2016 as a Republican.
