Biography
Joe Perkins has served as a circuit judge in Florida’s Eleventh Judicial Circuit since 2021, presiding over felony and high-level civil cases. Prior to his judgeship, he worked in private practice specializing in various types of litigation and advised governmental entities. He is an honors graduate of Boston University School of Law and became a partner at a boutique firm before joining the judiciary.
