Biography
Joe Parfitt is a retired U.S. Army veteran who served over 20 years as an Airborne Infantryman and Special Operator, including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. After honorably retiring in 2020, he became an educator in Moore County Schools and is now running for the North Carolina House of Representatives District 52 as a Democrat to be a voice for all North Carolinians.
