Biography
Joe Carreón is a Dallas Independent School District Trustee for District 8, and a proud product of Dallas ISD schools. As the first in his family to graduate high school and college, he holds degrees from Southern Methodist University and Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Carreón, a practicing attorney, is committed to ensuring educational opportunities are accessible to all children.
