Biography
Jim Norton is a Republican candidate running for the U.S. House to represent Florida's 2nd Congressional District. A fourth-generation Gulf County resident, he has served as Gulf County Superintendent of Schools for 15 years, appointed by Governor Rick Scott in 2011. Prior to this, Norton had a career in banking and business, and also served as a field representative for former Rep. Allen Boyd.
