Biography
Jennifer Chappell is a Democrat and lifelong Louisvillian who was elected to the Louisville Metro Council, representing District 15, in 2022. She took office in January 2023. Prior to her council role, Chappell served as Chair of the Jefferson County Soil & Water Conservation District and was involved in community building and urban planning initiatives.
