Biography
Jennifer A. Santiago is a Democratic Party member and a judge of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania, having assumed office in January 2026. She previously served as a prosecutor and assistant district attorney in New York, with a focus on domestic violence law, and gained experience in family law at the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas. Santiago, a Philadelphia native, was also appointed to the Philadelphia Fair Housing Commission in 2015.
