Biography
Kiggans served 10 years as a Navy helicopter pilot, flying H-46 and H-3 helicopters on two deployments to the Persian Gulf, per the campaign site. She later became a board-certified adult-geriatric primary care nurse practitioner using her GI Bill benefits, working in long-term care facilities in Virginia Beach and Norfolk, per the campaign site.
