Jeff Kitner, 49, was a candidate for Dallas City Council, representing District 11. A former Park Board member, he also serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce. Kitner advanced to a runoff election on June 7, 2025, but was not elected.
