Biography
Jeanne Shaheen is the incumbent senior U.S. Senator from New Hampshire, serving since 2009. She is the first woman elected both as New Hampshire governor, serving from 1997 to 2003, and as a U.S. Senator. Shaheen has announced her retirement at the end of her current term in March 2025.
